How long does it take to get my order?
Unlike other sellers who charge an inflated shipping fee while using slowest snail mail service which takes weeks to get your item, we always use expedited courier shipping service from UPS/DHL/EMS/USPS. Do you know that it usually takes only 3-5 days for your item to arrive in US cities. For some isolated towns, it may take a few days more. But our experience shows that our orders arrive on average with less time than Amazon orders with regular shipping.
Where do your order shipped from?
We do not know. Most of our orders are directly shipped from global distribution center in China next to the factories. Some orders are shipped from our US dispatch center in South Carolina. Wherever your order is shipped from, you will receive an online tracking number by email once we ship it out and your order will be delivered reliably and promptly within a couple of days.
What is your return policy?
Any return needs to be requested within 3 days after delivery and shipped within 7 days. It must in its original condition that are still sellable. All returns for refund will be subject to 15% restocking fee to cover our management and labor cost. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are required to request a RMA number (with detailed return address and instructions) from us by email at email@example.com before shipping the item back. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost. DO NOT make any marks on the package of the products and the phone itself.
What is your warranty policy?
For all our phones, UiMobiles will provide 15 days free exchange warranty for defective products. Buyers just need to mail the phone to our U.S. customer service office on their cost. After 15 days, your phone is covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty. Buyers are solely responsible for two-way shipping cost to the manufacturers in China. The procedure is very simple. You pay the return shipping cost to UiMobiles. We send return instruction email to you. You mail the products to manufacturers. After it is fixed, we will arrange expedited shipping to send the product back to you.
